The Half Nelson is Q's compact 7.62mm titanium suppressor, built direct thread so there's no mount to buy, lose, or fuss with. Just thread it on and get to work. Same direct thread philosophy as the Full Nelson, just trimmed down for shooters who want serious suppression without the extra length hanging off the muzzle.
